Family Caregivers is a provider for the PA Department of Aging in the counties of Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks for the Medicaid Waiver program, Options, and Family Caregiver Support Program. These programs help families in financial need obtain funding for in-home care. To discuss whether you qualify for any county program call our office and ask to speak with the Director of Clinical Services.
Since our staff are employees NOT independent contractors, we pay the payroll taxes, medicare, social security, etc as well as all the liability insurances. This takes the liability away from families and puts it right where it should be, the homecare agency. Families have enough stress being a family caregiver so let us worry about all the liability.
Our Mission:To help alleviate human affliction by attending to the needs of individuals in the community by providing quality healthcare and support in the most cost effective manner.
Our Core Values:
1. Honesty and Integrity; we will serve each of our clients with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. Our clients and their families are experiencing a difficult time in their lives. They need to understand that in choosing to deal with us, they can trust us to do right in every circumstance. When we do make a mistake we will accept full responsibility and do whatever is necessary to correct it. We will uphold our principles and honor those whom we service with gratitude for the lives they have lived, the world they have impacted and those they have touched along the way.
2. Love and Caring; we value love and the caring aspects of human nature. We understand and appreciate the uniqueness of each individual in this world. We choose to accept people for who they are in light of the potentially difficult life circumstances they may be facing. We have compassion for the ailing and offer empathy and sensitive concern for all.
3. Service above all else; we value the opportunity to be dutiful caregivers of the resources provided to us. We strive to be conscientious in the manner in which we use our knowledge, talents and resources to create a safe, secure and quality of life for everyone.
4. Commitment to a Great Care Experience “EVERY TIME”; Every client is an individual with true worth, unique needs and desires. We treat each client as an individual and not a number. Our primary focus is to ensure that each client receives a great care experience, each time and every time they deal with us. While we may make mistakes on occasion, we are committed to doing whatever is necessary to insure the client experience is not average but great, quality care, every time.
